I couldn't agree more with your thinking. From my personal perspective, with iphone in hand everywhere I go these days, I just expect all brands to be forward thinking with there solutions and services.

The brands I respect and use are those that have evolved and embraced technology. It's simply a big part of my everyday life now. Ocado's mobile grocery ordering system is just brilliant. (and they Tesco price match on many items). Big kudos them. I hadn't even used the brand before I used the mobile service.

I realise I am in a small minority, but as you say technology is evolving fast and in time more people will be thinking this way.
