In today’s digital world there’s no hiding from negative feedback. Brands are finally starting to realise this and many are taking action such as opening forums and allowing user reviews and feeback on their websites.
American Pizza restaurant Delfina Pizza has decided to take this to the next level by showing online user feedback offline and onto their staff uniform! Staff t-shirts include negative comments from review site yelp.
Transparency is the first step, but the next step is encouraging feedback. So surely the next step for Delfina Pizza is to make the t-shirts white not black, put a black maker pen on every table and let customers add their own reviews in the restuarant…

Sometimes the best ‘feedback’ one can give a restaurant is to make them eat their own food
